The Bremshey RN7 treadmill is ideal for users for users of all fitness levels. It has a cushioned running surface that is 50cm wide and 148cm long. It offers the maximum incline of 12% and is powered by a 3 horsepower continuous duty motor; the belt achieves the speed of 20km/h (12.5mph). Both speed and incline can be adjusted with the use of Quick Keys. The treadmill offers 22 programmes in total (quick start, 1 manual, 16 pre-set, 2 heart rate control and 2 user programmes). It has been equipped with a dot matrix console that has 4 LED display windows helping you monitor speed, covered distance, pulse, lap and the number of calories you burn. Your heart rate can be measured either telemetrically (chest strap not included) or with the use of grip pulse sensors. The Multiplex-Cushioning-System ensures that minimal stress is put on the knees, the Intelligent Step System counts every single step you make, and the Intelligent Guard System stops the motor immediately when you step off the deck and re-starts your session when you step back on the deck.
