The ProForm 520 ZLT treadmill comes with a 2 horse power continuous duty motor and has a 46x127cm (18x50") running surface for added comfort and safety. It offers a 10% incline with Quick Incline controls to quickly change the desired level and target different muscle groups, and features a speed range of 0-16km/h (0-10mph) with Quick Speed controls allowing you to quickly change the speed when needed. The machine has an LCD console providing feedback on the crucial workout data including speed, time, incline, distance, calories and heart rate, whereas the Space Saver technology allows the walking board to fold up out the way when not in use. This solid treadmill offers 8 preset workouts: 4 calorie goal and 4 timed workouts to help you achieve the training goals much faster. What is more, the 520 ZLT is supplied with wheels for easy transportation and features the TreadSoft cushioning that reduces impact on the joints by up to 15% compared to road running.
