The Reebok ZR10 folding treadmill is an easy to use machine that offers challenging training sessions ensured by 15 levels of electronically adjusted incline and 31 workout programmes. It is equipped with a 2hp continuous duty motor that powers the belt to the top speed of over 11mph (18km/h) and a 132cm (52") long by 45cm (17.7") wide running area. To ensure safe workout, the deck with 6 cushions offers additional impact absorption at the top of the running area, where heel impact takes place while running. The treadmill's computer with a large dual-colour backlit LCD window delivers feedback on speed, time, distance, calories, pulse, incline and heart rate. It also provides an impressive choice of 24 pre-set programmes, 3 user-defined, 3 target programmes (time, distance, calories) and a bodyfat programme. Heart rate measurement with the ZR10 is possible with hand pulse sensors or more accurate built-in Polar wireless heart rate receiver (chest strap optional). To make workouts more pleasant the treadmill incorporates a cooling fan, a pair of speakers and MP3 connectivity. A soft drop folding mechanism allows for reducing the length of the machine from 174cm (68.5") to 109.3cm (43") to enable easy storage, while transportation wheels make moving it much simpler.
