The Sole E25 cross trainer has a heavy-duty, whisper quiet internal 8.5kg (19lbs) flywheel with a high gear ratio. This front-driven cross trainer features a unique incline ramp with the maximum incline of 30% and offers 20 levels of resistance. You can conveniently control both resistance and incline thanks to handlebar switches. The stride length of the elliptical is 51cm (20"), making it comfortable even for the tallest users. The machine has oversized footplates with a natural 2-degree inward slope, which helps reduce ankle and knee stress. The vibrant blue backlit LCD display offers feedback on time, speed, distance, resistance, incline, calories, program and pulse. There are 10 programmes to choose from, including 1 manual, 5 pre-set, 2 user-defined, and 2 heart rate controlled. Heart rate measurement is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, the built-in wireless receiver (chest belt not included). With a fan that is integrated in the console, you can feel cooler during training. The Sole E25 also features sound system with two speakers and an MP3/iPod jack, so you exercise to your favourite music.
