Injury risk is limited with 6-piece elastic cushioning system that effectively protects the joints. Detailed feedback on all workout statistics is displayed on large functional LCD console. The interface provides 14 motivating programmes that ensure enjoyable and satisfying workouts. These programs include: 1 manual, 12 pre-set and 1 HRC and their length is dependent on the time you set for your workout.
