The NordicTrack GX3.0 Exercise Bike will allow you to precisely adjust the workout to your personal needs due to a smooth, frictionless, computer controlled magnetic resistance system with a 10kg (22lbs) flywheel and 10 levels of resistance. The large LCD console of the NordicTrack GX3.0 bike offers detailed feedback on crucial workout data. Above that the interface has 18 workout programmes that can be further expanded if you purchase iFit workout SD cards (sold separately). Different cards include programmes made for different fitness goals including Weight Loss, Wellness, Performance and more. You can exercise while listening to your favourite music thanks to the integrated Intermix Acoustics audio system with speakers and audio jack. The bike offers heart rate measurement achieved with the use of hand pulse sensors. For more accuracy you can use a wireless Polar compatible receiver integrated in the console (chest strap not included). see details
