The ProForm 100 ZLX exercise bike offers a smooth pedalling action ensured by a 7kg (15lbs) flywheel and 10 levels of Silent Magnetic Resistance that help make workouts more varied and challenging. The bike is equipped with an LCD display that provides constant feedback on speed, time, resistance, distance and calories. It also enables you to choose among 10 pre-programmed workouts and features the iFit SD card reader allowing you to have a personalised interactive training session. The console also has a built-in audio system with stereo speakers and an audio input to let you train to your favourite sounds.
