The Sole Fitness LCB exercise bike Trainer is a multifunctional and high-tech cross trainer that ensures a pleasant and successful workout. Thanks to a clever foot pedal adjustment, sore achilles tendons and the numb toe effect is reduced to minimum. Overstressing of ankles, knees and hips is prevented due to a 2-degree inner angle slope. A smooth and pleasant workout is ensured by a 14kg (30lbs) flywheel and 40 levels of magnetic resistance. To evenly workout different muscle groups you can choose from 10 programmes. The large oversized 9" blue backlit LCD display shows detailed information about time, speed, distance, resistance, incline, laps, calories, programme and pulse. Furthermore the LCD console provides 10 motivating workout programmes, including 1 manual, 5 preset, 1 user defined, 2 heart rate control which can be customized by the user to perfectly fit personal characteristics. The five preset programmes have been designed for a variety of workouts and for achieving different goals; for example: hill, fat burn, cardio, strength and interval programme. Integrated pulse sensors in the handlebars provide heart rate measurement. Additionally, for increased accuracy, a chest belt (optional) can be used with a built in receiver.
