The Sole F80 treadmill is packed with features that can help you exercise in a more pleasant and effective way. It has been equipped with a 3.0 horsepower continuous duty motor that offers a maximum speed of 20km/h (12mph). There is also a 0-15% powered incline which, just as the speed, can be quickly adjusted with the use of 6 one-step keys. A roomy running area is 20" (51cm) wide by 60" (152cm) long and its cushion flex reduces impact of up to 40% as compared to running on asphalt. The treadmill has a 7.5" blue backlit LCD console with an integrated message window that offers scrolling messages which guide you through the treadmill's features or the workout itself. The 1/4 mile track is displayed around the dot matrix window. The flashing dot indicates your progress and the number of laps you complete are accumulated in the lap counter, which is viewed in the message window. The console offers feedback on time, speed, distance, calories burned and heart rate. There are 10 programmes to choose from (1manual, 5 pre-set, 2 user defined and 2 heart rate). Heart rate measurement is easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebar or for the ultimate in accuracy, a chest belt (not included with the treadmill) can be used with the built-in receiver. The treadmill has been equipped with a dual water bottle holder and an accessory tray. Its console also has an integrated sound system with MP3 player compatible sound cord as well as dual turbo cooling fans to make your workout more pleasant and convenient.
