The Reebok T4.5 IWM treadmill is equipped with a revolutionary IWM (Intelligent Weight Management) system that is wirelessly connected to the treadmill and calculates an individual workout program based on your age, weight and fitness level. Just a slight change of 0.22lbs (0.1kg) in your body weight will cause the IWM system to calculate a modified program that will help you reach your goals in the most effective way. The treadmill is powered with a 2.25 horsepower continuous duty motor that generates a maximum speed of 18km/h (11mph) and a powered incline of up to 12%. A special rubber cushioning system based in a 50cm (19.5") wide by 130cm (51") long running deck protects your joints from injury. Key statistics of your workout like speed, time, distance, calories and pulse are displayed on a LED technology monitor. The users interface offers 44 program such as 3 target, 12 incline, 12 speed, 12 weight loss, 1 5km/3mile, 1 HR and 3 user defined program. To ensure a great experience the console is equipped with speakers and an MP3 input that will let you listen to music while training. Your heart rate is measured with an integrated pulse sensor placed in the handlebar.
